Bitcoin Withdrawal Upgrades…
Right now we are making some major upgrades to our platform in order to handle our fast growing membership. One of the big upgrades being worked on right now is our new Bitcoin withdrawal process. You won’t notice any changes from the user side but you will notice your withdrawals being paid A LOT faster.
For us to implement this new process we had to pause all withdrawals and currently we are about 7 days behind in payments but we are almost finished with this upgrade. We expect this to be working today and we should be fully caught up within 24-48 hours after it goes live.
Moving forward all withdrawals will now be paid in less than 24 hours and many within 1 hour of request. If you have any withdrawals that are pending please be patient as we make these final improvements.
Binary Upgrades – Credits Delay Fixed
You may have noticed a delay in receiving Binary credits earlier this week. After our website came back online we received a surge of new orders and noticed some invoices were taking a long time to process and be confirmed.
Most of the missing Binary credits were from the pay it forward process but we were able to catch this within about 24 hours and everything is now fixed!
We really needed to upgrade our database and optimize many pieces of our system. What you are seeing right now is little things that we are fixing on a daily basis from the upgrades made during our downtime and we expect everything to be running smoothly by the end of the week.
Pay it Forward & Wallet Transfers
Another feature that was affected by the upgrades were the wallet transfers from one account to another. We are working through a few enhanced security measures on this and expect the transfers to be resumed shortly.
Also, the pay it forward features is fully live again but you may have noticed some downtime or errors when trying to use it this week.
Bottom line… Our membership simply outgrew our current database structure and we needed to make some major changes to keep it running smoothly. We are now sitting on a much larger set of servers and working daily to optimize and secure this platform.
As you can imagine we have received thousands of new support tickets in the past week and it has overloaded our staff. If your ticket has already been solved please close it! If your issue has not been solved we hope to get you answer within the next 72 hours as we are all working around the clock to catch up.
