Bitcoin Cash recently updated their code and it has been causing all kinds of issues, even the core team is now working to fix them. But due to these issues, there is currently a delay in sending out Bitcoin Cash withdrawal requests.
We have re-built our withdrawal script several times over the past month and we hope to have a stable version in the next few days to catch up on all the backlog of withdrawals. Right now the last day the script ran was on Aug 2nd so if you made a request after this date your payment is waiting to be sent.
Thanks for your patience as we work through this. If we cannot find a solution within the next 48 hours we will begin processing payments manually to catch up.
Report Bad Actors
We are seeing an increase in the number of support tickets from members complaining about other members who are trying to recruit them into other MLM’s or just flat out scams. We are NOT going to tolerate this!
You are welcome to contact people you have PERSONALLY enrolled into BitClub Network and you can offer them whatever you want. However, if you start cross-recruiting and contacting members who are not personally sponsored by you (for any reason) then you are putting yourself in danger of losing your BCN membership.
We have a strict policy that does not allow any type of cross recruiting or soliciting to BCN members by other members and we are going to begin enforcing it on those people who are blatantly cross recruiting.
If you receive an email, a text message, Facebook message, or any other contact attempts from someone pitching you another opportunity that you did not ask for please report it directly to us by sending an email to our compliance team – email@example.com
In the subject line put… Cross Recruiting Attempt
In the body of the email please provide as much detail as you can. A screenshot, a document, or whatever you can to show that you have been contacted by someone other than your sponsor.
If we find documented proof that you are cross-recruiting we will terminate your account and you will forfeit your position and all accumulated earnings.
This will be your ONLY Warning! DO NOT CROSS RECRUIT!!
We can’t stress enough how important it is that everyone properly KYC their account. We need to comply with all KYC and AML standards in order to protect everyone.
All members will have 90 days to KYC themselves from when we first implemented KYC on June 1st. This means if you enrolled before June 1st, 2019 then you will have until September 1st to submit your KYC documentation before you are past the 90-day deadline.
If you fail to provide KYC before September 1st then your account will be frozen and you will no longer earn any additional commissions until your KYC has been completed.
If you fail to provide KYC documents before the end of the year December 31st, 2019 then your account will be terminated and all earnings forfeited. This is only for those members who joined before June 1st, 2019.
If you joined AFTER June 1st, 2019 then you will have 6 months to KYC yourself as we move forward.
Bottom line… Don’t wait! You have plenty of time to submit your KYC documents so please get it done. We will continue to remind everyone of this deadline as it approaches. Thanks for understanding!
Starting September 1st we are going to be cutting back our language support to English, Korean, and Japanese. All other languages will be deleted from the website and you will need to use translation services to translate the page content.
Most of the languages have outdated content and we want to make sure the site stays current.
Stay tuned for the next update, we have some news on adding more power to the BTC pool now that the hot summer months are over and the electricity prices are more favorable in some of our facilities.
Thanks for being part of BitClub Network!
